1. OUR PHYSICIANS SUBSPECIALIZE IN SPECIFIC CANCERS to provide patients with the most comprehensive options for their personalized treatment.

2. THE MAYS CANCER CENTER HAS 104 CANCER CENTER SUPPORT GRANT MEMBERS AND 96 ASSOCIATE MEMBERS all focused on finding new and better ways to prevent, understand and treat cancer.

3. OUR CANCER CENTER HAS MORE THAN 200 CLINICAL TRIALS open to patients each year, some of which are only available here at our center.

4. OUR MEMBERS SECURED MORE THAN $43 MILLION in extramural funding in 2020.

5. THE MAYS CANCER CENTER HAS MORE THAN 79 TRAINEE MEMBERS working in cancer research laboratories.

6. OUR PHYSICIANS HAD MORE THAN 35,000 PATIENT VISITS annually.

7. Our Cancer Center cared for more than 4,000 newly diagnosed cancer patients in the last year.

8. MAYS CANCER CENTER PATIENTS ARE EVALUATED IN MULTIDISCIPLINARY CLINICS, allowing for input from numerous specialties at one time.

9. OUR CANCER CENTER SUPPORTS SEVEN SHARED RESOURCE LABORATORIES that provide our scientists with access to state-of-the-art technology to assist with their research.

10. EACH YEAR, THE MAYS CANCER CENTER ENROLLS APPROXIMATELY 1,500 PATIENTS IN CLINICAL TRIALS — where innovative, lifesaving therapeutics and techniques are tested and developed.
