Amber Ather, DMD, Named 2021 10 Under 10 Award Winner
AMBER ATHER, DMD, was named one of the 2021 10 Under 10 Award winners by the American Dental Association (ADA). Dr. Ather graduated from the Advanced Education in Endodontics program in 2020 and just completed his Master of Science in Dental Science degree in May. He is currently serving the Virginia Commonwealth University as an assistant professor of endodontics and director of the Emergency Dental Clinic.
“It is truly an honor to win the ADA 10 Under 10 Award,” Dr. Ather said. “This is a great initiative by the ADA to recognize and highlight the contributions made by dentists, and I am thrilled to be a part of an accomplished group of fellow awardees. I would like to extend a special thanks to the faculty in the Department of Endodontics for their constant support and guidance.”
The ADA 10 Under 10 Award honors dentistry’s rising stars. The honored dentists are recognized for making an impact on the profession less than 10 years after graduating from dental school.
