OUR MEMBERS SECURED MORE THAN $43 MILLION<\/strong> in extramural funding in 2020.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. THE MAYS CANCER CENTER HAS MORE THAN 79 TRAINEE MEMBERS<\/strong> working in cancer research laboratories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. OUR PHYSICIANS HAD MORE THAN 35,000 PATIENT VISITS<\/strong> annually.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Our Cancer Center cared for more than 4,000 newly diagnosed cancer patients<\/strong> in the last year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. MAYS CANCER CENTER PATIENTS ARE EVALUATED IN MULTIDISCIPLINARY CLINICS<\/strong>, allowing for input from numerous specialties at one time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. OUR CANCER CENTER SUPPORTS SEVEN SHARED RESOURCE LABORATORIES<\/strong> that provide our scientists with access to state-of-the-art technology to assist with their research.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.
